Silhouette Blade Cutting Through Vinyl Backing

It took me a long time to get it right and i often have to make small adjustments for various reasons ie.

I can use an older style ratchet blade in the adapter and it will cut fine. To cut properly the blade must be pushed all the way down with no visible gap between the tool holder and the blade. Did the machine cut all the way through to the back. 1 blade is not properly inserted and or locked down.

Place the vinyl onto the silhouette cutting mat with the backing paper side down onto the mat making sure the vinyl is covering the same area where the design is placed on the virtual mat in silhouette studio. The end cap unscrews while it s cutting it won t automatically set itself to the cut settings in the send menu etc. If this happened the blade is cutting too deep.
