Skyrim Snow Reain Roof Mod

I have no clue how to mod apart from some basics but apparently the mod author is manually editing areas around skyrim to achieve the effect.

Is there a mod where this is fixed. It really bothers me how when it rains the rain still goes through roofs on porches same with snow.

My biggest problem with skryim. One of the many is how rain and snow go through roofs like the one over the forge in riverwood or the one over the entry way to the blue palace.
