This mod provides lore friendly high resolution textures and improved meshes for most of the rugs in skyrim. Instead of the default 4 rugs with repeats you will now have 8 different rolled rugs in the game. He replaced the secondary rug textures with a new and more detailed fringe texture as well. From there you can further improve little details like rugs for example where you have two options. Now every rug has a matching normal map and every rug mesh has a different rug texture set. The best base texture mod is nobleskyrimmod which is on original skyrim nexus but has a download in the file section for special edition. Modders have updated how characters look and added higher resolution textures among other things to put.
